File Transfer Options
We offer several different options for sending your vinyl banner and sign files to us. Please review the options below to decide on the option that is best for you. We do prefer transferring files via FTP when possible, as it is much faster and your files are less likely to become corrupted.

Via Mail
If you are not in a rush or if you have a hard copy proof we need to match, you can send your files to us via mail to the address listed below. Please be aware that our stated turnaround times are from the time we receive your files.

If your files are under 6 MB in size, you can email your files to graphics@vinylbannersandsigns.com. Please include all of your contact information and any special instructions you may have in the email. You should be aware that most internet service providers limit the size of email you can send to 2-4 MB. While we do not have any size limitations on our end, please do not email any files larger than 6 MB unless it is absolutely necessary, as it bogs down our servers.
